This too is a new venture that we are still refining. We’ve had a sausage-making lesson from a world-renown sausage master from Switzerland

As outdoor enthusiasts, we love wild game meats and savory sausages. We also do a lot of hunting so we have a freezer full of wild game all of the time. We’d like to not only convert our own wild game meat into savory sausages, but we’d also like to help others do this as well.

Our goal is to prepare small batches of sausages customized to the specifications that individuals want. You bring your trimmings to us, we will make sausage out of your meat and return to you sausage made from your trimmings only, not mixed with everyone else’s scraps.
